Order syncing

In this section, you can set up the order syncing from Tradebyte marketplaces directly into SCAYLE.

Pre-requisite: The marketplace channels you configure in the Add-on, must be already active on TB.One to sync orders into SCAYLE.

Configuration

1. Go to Add-ons ➜ Tradebyte Add-on ➜ Orders.
2. In the Orders section, select from the available Tradebyte marketplace sub-channels from the dropdown, eg. Zalando Germany, About You Germany, etc. Currently, the Add-on supports all sub-channels of the About You and Zalando marketplaces on Tradebyte.
3. Select the SCAYLE shop country you want to map to the marketplace sub-channel
4. Add a new sub-channel by clicking on Add new channel.
5. Select the SCAYLE shop country (same or different one)
6. Click SAVE.

Remove a channel

1. Select the Trash icon at the right end of the mapping row.
2. Click SAVE.
