This guide provides information needed for implementing and using the SCAYLE Emarsys Add-on.

Features

The SCAYLE Emarsys Add-on connects your SCAYLE Engine with the Emarsys customer engagement platform. SCAYLE is a partner of Emarsys and seamlessly integrates with several solutions to create scalable personalized omnichannel experiences.

The Emarsys Add-on allows you to:

connect your SCAYLE Engine with your Emarsys account
sync your SCAYLE customers as contacts to Emarsys
handle newsletter subscriptions for your customers
send e-commerce events from SCAYLE to Emarsys
set up a product feed from SCAYLE to Emarsys

Connect your Emarsys account

Enter your Emarsys credentials on the Add-on settings page.

Administrators rights required

Go to Add-Ons > Emarsys Add-On > Settings.
Enter your Emarsys API URL.
Enter your Emarsys User Name.
Enter your Password (Emarsys API Secret).
Click SAVE.
