This guide provides information needed for implementing and using the SCAYLE Voyado Engage Add-on.

Features

The SCAYLE Voyado Add-on connects your SCAYLE Engine with the Voyado Engage customer experience platform. SCAYLE is a partner of Voyado and seamlessly integrates with several Voyado Engage products to create scalable personalized multichannel customer experiences.

The Voyado Engage Add-on allows you to:

• connect your SCAYLE Engine with your Voyado Engage account
• sync your SCAYLE customers as contacts to Voyado
• handle newsletter subscriptions for your customers
• send order and order action events from SCAYLE to Voyado
• send transaction events from SCAYLE to Voyado
• set up a product feed from SCAYLE to Voyado

Connect your Voyado account

Enter your Voyado Engage credentials on the Add-on settings page.

1. Go to Add-Ons > Voyado Engage Add-On > Settings > Integration.
2. Enter your Voyado Engage API URL.
3. Enter your Password (Voyado Engage API Key).
4. Click SAVE.
