Create product feeds

The SCAYLE Emarsys integration features ready-to-use, preconfigured product data feeds based on Emarsys specifications. Instead of wrestling with complex API connections and data formatting, you can configure a product data feed to Emarsys with our Masterfeed Add-on in just a few clicks.

The Masterfeed add-on is a different application. Further details on how to configure feeds are provided in our resource center guide on the Masterfeed Add-on.

Create a preconfigured feed

  1. Go to Add-Ons > Masterfeed Add-On > Feeds.
  2. Click on New Feed.
  3. Select Emarsys for the feed integration dropdown.
  4. Upload an image as feed icon. E.g. the logo of Emrasys.
  5. Add a Description for the feed like: "Testing the Emarsys Product Feed".
  6. Click Create Feed.

After the feed is set up further configuration options can be applied

  • select country shops the feed should include
  • define the feed assortment based on include and exclude criteria
  • extend preconfigured feed fields mappings
  • apply data transformation logic
  • set feed scheduler
  • store the feed on an AWS S3 bucket or SFTP server connected to your Emarsys account\
