Configure your Zendesk Add-On
The Zendesk Add-On provides configuration option for the customer agents, in order to limit access to the data that are shown within the SCAYLE Zendesk Sidebar App. With the multi-company support you can manage multiple companies that you have created in your SCAYLE Panel within one Zendesk Instance.

Configuration options:
Allow to see customer details in Zendesk sidebar
When the option on customer details is enabled, the customer agents can see customer details such as the name, registration date, the registered shop and the customer id in the SCAYLE Zendesk Sidebar App. The view provides a direct link to access the customer in the SCAYLE Panel.

Show order details in Zendesk sidebar
Enabling the order details configuration option enables your customer agents to see the order history of a customer in the SCAYLE Zendesk Sidebar App. Each order is expandable, so all information regarding a specific order is available to your customer agents.

Show payment details Zendesk sidebar
The option to enable payment details in the SCAYLE Zendesk Sidebar App enables your customer agents to have the payment method information available such as order date, payment method and estimated delivery.

Multi Company Support
To enable customer agents using a single Zendesk instance to view customer details across multiple companies managed via SCAYLE, activate the "multi-company support" option. This feature adds a company selection dropdown within the Zendesk interface, allowing agents to choose the relevant company and access the corresponding customer information.
Companies that have the multi company support enabled will be shown in the selection dropdown, additionally the logged in user will have only access to the companies that the SCAYLE user is assigned to.
