Dashboard

The Orders Dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of all open orders associated with your store:

This page consolidates all orders scheduled to arrive or those that may have already reached your store. An entry for the order is generated as soon as the customer confirms an order with your store as the shipping address. We display these orders early to facilitate easy tracking, ensuring that any packages received are promptly listed. This proactive approach aims to prevent complications or missing updates that might hinder order processing.

Overview

Finding an Order:

Efficiently locate an order using one of two methods:

Search-bar: Enter the SCAYLE order ID in the search bar to find the matching order quickly.

Scanner Functionality: Utilize the scanner, compatible with external hardware. Alternatively, if using a mobile device, leverage the device's camera for seamless scanning.

Type	Pickup Collect = Click & Collect order, which was paid online
Date	Day on which the order was placed by the customer

Order Detail View

By clicking on an order, you can see more details of the order and confirm the arrival of the order.

Location	Current set storage location of the order

Order Items

This section will show you all order items of the order. There is standard information we will always show you:


Image	Image of the product
Name	Product Name
Reference Key	Reference Key of the variant
Quantity	Quantity of the variant

But you can also customize this view and add relevant attributes for you, e.g., size or color.

Storage Location:

Define storage locations for each store on the store detail pages. These locations within the store are designated spots where packages of orders can be placed. Setting this information on the order during processing ensures that the employee handling the customer pickup can effortlessly locate the order within the store. When storage locations are defined for your store, it is mandatory to assign a location.

“Ready for Pickup” Button

By clicking this button, you are triggering the customer notification and move the order to the “Ready for Pickup” section.

Fulfillment

This page displays all orders designated for fulfillment by your store. Currently, the Add-on exclusively supports the click & collect fulfillment case. However, anticipate future updates as we plan to introduce "ship from store" functionality, allowing orders to be shipped directly to the customer's home address.

Picking:

Efficiently pick items using either of two methods:

Manual Picking: Simply click on the "picked" logo to indicate items have been selected.
Scanner Functionality: If using a mobile device, the Add-on seamlessly utilizes the device's camera for barcode scanning. Easily scan barcodes to streamline the picking process.

For successful scanning, ensure that the scanned barcodes contain the variant reference key stored in SCAYLE. This ensures accurate and swift processing.

Storage Location:

Cancel Orders:

use the "Cancel Order" button to promptly cancel an order for the customer. This action triggers an automatic notification to the customer and initiates the refund process for any captured costs.

Ready For Pickup

This section shows you all Click & Collect orders, which are ready and prepared for customer pick-up.
