User Store Permissions

User Store Permissions can be used to easily restrict the access to certain stores for users.

  • By default, all Key Account Management Roles are assigned the flag “All stores”. This means that they automatically receive access to all existing stores. This entails newly created stores as well
  • All other users have no assigned stores and need to be assigned to one store or more after they were created in the Core Panel
  • All created users should be available in this list, shortly after they were invented to the panel
  • Users can only see the stores they have access to, this also includes the Store Overview Page
  • On the Orders pages, users with access to multiple stores can select a store from the dropdown

Required permissions

The following permissions are required, to modify User Store Permissions:

  • View User Store Permissions
    • omnichannel-add-on__configurations__administer_user_permissions_read
  • Edit User Store Permissions
    • omnichannel-add-on__configurations__administer_user_permissions_write

View User Store permissions

  1. Go to Settings > User Store Permissions.
