- customizable shortcuts leading you to specific areas of the SCAYLE Panel
- Performance Overview
- Assignments to complete
- Resources to learn more about SCAYLE
KPIs
The first you see on the dashboard are 3 highly relevant KPIs:
- Today's Total Revenue (including taxes)
- Today's Orders
- Today's New Customers
To view these KPIs, users must have the shop__kpi__show
permission. The KPIs reflect the combined data from all shop countries the user has permission to access.
If a user does not have permission to view any shops or lacks access to KPIs, the KPIs section will not be displayed.
Each KPI displays the percentage change by comparing today’s value to the corresponding value from the same time period on the previous day.
Shortcuts
Shortcuts are deep links into different sections of the SCAYLE Panel, giving you direct access.
Users can sort and remove shortcuts. Enter the Edit mode by pressing Edit Shortcuts. Now you can rearrange and delete shortcuts and save your changes by pressing Save.
How to add a shortcut?
Go to any page you like to create a shortcut and hit the 3 ellipsis button and Add shortcut on homepage.
Performance Overview
Users with the shop__kpi__show
permission see the Performance Overview. This feature allows them to view the performance of their shop countries based on a selectable KPI, shop, and timeframe.
The shop selection dropdown includes shops at a global level but filters them according to the user’s assigned permissions. Available KPIs include Revenue, Orders, New Customers, Average Order Size, and Average Order Value. The timeframe can be selected using a datepicker with options ranging from the last 5 minutes to the past 30 days, with “Today” as the default.
When a user revisits the Welcome Page, the default settings are applied: the KPI is set to Revenue, the timeframe to Today, and the shop to the first available shop (sorted by ID). The data displayed corresponds to all shop countries associated with the selected shop.
The legend lists the shop countries included in the graph. Users can interact with it to hide or show lines for specific countries, and these changes dynamically update the displayed KPI value.
Assignments
The assignments to complete section shows Data Replications to approve and Imports to review by the user.
