Prepare a Shop-Country
Once the Virtual Try-On Add-on has been activated, you can set it up by navigating to Add-Ons ➜ Virtual Try-On in the SCAYLE Panel. You control the Virtual Try-On feature per shop and per country. Before try-on appears on the storefront for a shop-country, all of the following conditions must be met:
Check the storefront response
Check that the storefront settings return isActive: true for the shop-country. For more information, see Storefront Integration.
If no response is returned at all, check the access policies (as a missing origin will make the browser fail with a CORS error).
In case isActive: true is returned, check the categories to ensure the product you are viewing isn't part of an excluded category.
If isActive: false is returned, confirm the budget status.
Confirm the budget status
In the SCAYLE Panel, navigate to Add-Ons ➜ Virtual Try-On ➜ Dashboard and confirm that the budget is enabled and has remaining capacity for the current month. For more information, see Usage and Spend Dashboard.
If the Virtual Try-On widget isn't shown on a Product Detail Page, check the three conditions in Prepare a Shop-Country. The most common cause is a budget that is disabled or used up for the current month.
