Order updates

In this section, you can set up the syncing of order updates from SCAYLE to the Tradebyte marketplaces.

The SCAYLE Tradebyte Add-on currently supports the following order updates:

Order Confirmed - raised when an order gets Confirmed in SCAYLE
Item Cancelled - raised when an item is cancelled in SCAYLE
Order Cancelled - raised when a complete order is cancelled in SCAYLE
Shipped - when a package gets shipped
Returned - when a package with one or multiple items is returned to the warehouse
Order Item Unshippable - when an item is unshippable
Order Item Out Of Stock - when an order item is out of stock

Pre-requisite: The TB.One API credentials must be configured in the Settings.
* For some marketplaces, such as Zalando, it is necessary to configure the fulfillment warehouse location (in the Add-on) and the return proposal code (in the fulfillment system) for the shipment update messages.

To activate the order updates:

Go to Add-ons ➜ Tradebyte Add-on ➜ Order Updates.
In the Orders updates section, you will see the available order update events. Click the toggle switch for the events you want to activate.
In the confirmation popup, you will be asked to confirm your selection. This is to ensure the updates do not get switched off accidentally by a user. Select Yes to confirm.
Continue the same as above for all the order updates you want to activate to sync to TB.One.
