This guide provides information needed for setting up and using the SCAYLE Tradebyte Add-on.

Features

The SCAYLE Tradebyte Add-on connects your SCAYLE Engine with the Tradebyte TB.One marketplace SaaS platform. SCAYLE is a partner of Tradebyte and seamlessly integrates with the marketplace management platform to enable selling directly on various marketplaces.

The Tradebyte Add-on allows you to:

• connect your SCAYLE Engine with your Tradebyte TB.One platform
• sync your products seamlessly from SCAYLE to Tradebyte to enable listing them on various marketplaces such as About You, Zalando, etc.
• sync your stock seamlessly from SCAYLE to Tradebyte to ensure that you do not miss any orders from marketplaces
• sync your marketplace orders seamlessly into SCAYLE
• sync updates on orders back to Tradebyte to ensure that marketplaces are up-to-date with the status of the orders

Shop Setup

It is recommended that you set up individual country shops for each marketplace channel. These shops will be linked to their respective marketplaces, allowing orders to be processed per marketplace shop country. This setup ensures that orders from different marketplaces are organised and visible within the SCAYLE Panel.

Creating these marketplace-specific shops enables us to tailor product assortment, set prices, manage stock allocation, and configure other necessary settings for each marketplace.\

Connect your TB.One Account

Enter your TB.One credentials on the Add-on settings page. For this you need to first create REST API credentials on TB.One, more information here.

Consider the entity structure as follows

SCAYLE Shop Level = Marketplace = Tradebyte Main Channel
SCAYLE Shop Country = Marketplace Country = Tradebyte Sub-channel

The SCAYLE Tradebyte Add-on provides maximum flexibility for account setups:

• Option 1: Shared Tradebyte Account (Recommended)
  One Tradebyte account manages multiple Shop Levels (Main Channels) for marketplaces like Zalando, About You, etc.
  Each marketplace is handled individually via SCAYLE Shop Levels and TB Main Channels, but connected to a single Tradebyte account.
  ✅ Benefits: Easier management, simplified authentication, streamlined integrations.
• Option 2: Individual Tradebyte Accounts per Shop Level
  Each marketplace like Zalando, About You (Shop Level) has its own Tradebyte account.
  Full separation per brand or per marketplace for maximum control over settings, reporting, and operations.
  ✅ Benefits: Maximum control over settings, reporting, and operational workflows.

You can choose the setup that best fits your operational, contractual, or technical strategy.

1. Go to Add-ons ➜ Tradebyte Add-on ➜ Settings.
2. Enter the TB.One URL.
3. Enter your TB.One API User Credentials (username and password).
4. Click SAVE.
