Community support

We use GitHub Discussions for release announcements, as a knowledge base, and as a way to foster a community among developers using the SCAYLE Storefront. This approach allows developers to resolve issues faster and launch shops sooner.

For logged-in users only:

To get direct support, find us on GitHub Discussions. Contact your SCAYLE Account Manager to get access.

Access

To be invited to the GitHub Project, contact your SCAYLE Account Manager and provide them with your GitHub username.

You will then be invited to Storefront Boilerplate Support project on GitHub.

Create a support case

Before creating a support case, we ask that you check existing or previous cases first, to make sure your issue or question has not already answered been answered.

To ask a question or report a bug, click the New Discussions button and GitHub will guide you through the process.

GitHub Discussions

The Storefront Boilerplate Support project is only for issues related to the Storefront Boilerplate. Any other questions about SCAYLE must go through our other support channels.
