Carriers

The Carriers configuration allows you to create new or update existing carriers for orders. Carriers are added manually in the Checkout Settings.

Add Carriers

To add a new carrier, including name, logo, and tracking URLs:

1. Go to Settings > General > Configuration > Carriers.
2. Click + Add New Carrier.
3. Upload a carrier logo (optional).
4. Enter Carrier Name, Carrier Code, Carrier Group Name, Tracking URL (all required).
5. Enter Tracking Email, Tracking Tool (optional).
6. Select whether it is external tracking (Yes/No) and display track & trace (Yes/No).
7. Click Create.

The added carrier can be used to create a Shipping Option.

Add Carriers to Merchants

Carriers must be also added manually to the merchant countries in the SCAYLE Panel under Settings > Merchant Management > Merchant > Edit Merchant. Here, carrier names are added under each country.
