Localise Transactional Mails

General

In the dynamic realm of e-commerce, every interaction counts toward shaping the customer experience. Transactional mails, including invoices, delivery notifications, and order confirmations, serve as crucial touchpoints between online retailers and their customers. However, ensuring these communications resonate effectively across diverse cultural and linguistic landscapes is often overlooked. In this guide, we'll explore the significance of localizing transactional mails and how this practice can elevate customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. By tailoring these essential communications to the preferences and languages of your global customer base, you can establish stronger connections and foster trust throughout the entire purchasing journey.

Localize Transactional Mails

Within the mail template settings, users can effortlessly create new templates tailored to specific shop countries and locales. This customization extends to adjusting translations to ensure clear and culturally relevant communications. Importantly, in cases where a template is not provided for a specific country, the system seamlessly defaults to the global template, hidden from the SCAYLE Panel.

Make sure that for every type at least one template is active.

After the templates are created, no additional step is required and the system will send out the correct mails.
