Inventory

Gernal

The Inventory section under Products provides two dedicated views for monitoring stock levels:

  • Product Inventory - aggregated stock overview on product level.
  • Product Variant Inventory - detailed stock overview on variant level.

These views help supply chain managers and admins track availability across merchants and warehouses, make informed replenishment or transfer decisions, and reduce the risk of stockouts or overstocking.

Both pages are accessible with the permission inventory__product_inventory_list .

Product Inventory

The Product Inventory page provides an overview of products with stock information, aggregated across their variants. This page helps you understand product availability at a higher level.

Users can quickly search by product name or ID, and narrow results by warehouse or by sellable status. The visibility of products is restricted to products from merchants the user is allowed to sell, based on their individual user settings.

For each product, the system displays the available quantity, the associated warehouses and whether or not the product is sellable without stock. If a product is available through multiple merchants or warehouses, quantities are merged into a single aggregated view.

The table highlights the highest and lowest stock values so that potential imbalances are easy to spot.

Only products with stock information are included in this view. Information for “sellable without stock” is only shown if the configuration tenant_uses_additional_stock_information is enabled for your tenant.

Product Variant Inventory

The Product Variant Inventory page provides a detailed overview of stock information per variant, with a stronger focus on availability across individual warehouses. This page helps you track stock levels at the most granular level.

Users can search by product name or ID and refine results by warehouse or sellable status. For each variant, the system shows the available quantity, the specific warehouses it is stored in, and whether it is sellable without stock. Visibility is restricted to variants from merchants the user is authorized to access.

The table also highlights the highest and lowest stock values per variant, making potential imbalances easy to identify. Only variants with stock information are displayed. Information about “sellable without stock” is shown only if the configuration tenant_uses_additional_stock_information is enabled for the tenant.
