Create a Product

You can add a new product within a specific shop: Products > Add Product. To add a product, you must enter the required information:

Style Key (also: master ID) and Name.
Master Category: after selection, additional fields will appear below (i.e., Product, Media, etc.).
Product Merchant Identifier (see Merchant Identifier).
Media (at least one image must be added).
Variant(s) with Variant Merchant Identifier and Prices (Country, Currency, Price, and Tax Rate).

Once the required information is entered, click Save. If the product is created successfully, you will have the option to Create Another product or return to the product list.

You can create product bundles to sell multiple products together as a single offering. A bundle allows you to combine individual products, set a combined price, and define how the bundle should appear to customers.

Setting Up a Bundle

To create a bundle, start by navigating to the product management section in the admin interface and selecting Create Bundle.

Enter a Name – Provide a clear and descriptive name for the bundle.
Select a Master Category – Choose a category that defines the type of products included in the bundle. This will load the relevant attribute groups.
Assign a Merchant – Select one or more merchants for the bundle.
Set a Style Key – Provide a style key to categorize the bundle.
Add a Product Merchant Identifier – Assign a unique identifier for internal tracking.
Upload Media – Add at least one image to represent the bundle visually.
Fill Out Attributes – Complete the attribute fields required for the bundle.
Add Products – Select the products to be included in the bundle. Only products not already part of another bundle can be added.
Create Variants – Set up variants for the bundle.

Defining a Main Product For Each Bundle

The main product must be configured for every bundle. The main product can be sold stand-alone without the other included products in the bundle. The first product selected to be included in the bundle is automatically selected as main product. This can be changed at any time.

Defining Variants

Each bundle must have at least one variant.
A variant is created by selecting a reference variant from each product included in the bundle.
The system will define the reference variant using the first three attribute groups marked as "defining for product level" (if available).

Setting the Bundle Price

If Sum Up Prices is enabled, the system will calculate the bundle price by adding the prices of the individual products.
If Sum Up Prices is disabled, you can manually set a custom bundle price.

Finalizing the Bundle

Once all required fields are completed, click Save to create the bundle. You can also select Save and Create Another to continue creating additional bundles.

Delete Product

Delete a product by clicking the more options icon (three dots) on the upper right of the Product Detail Page. Under Actions click Delete product.
