Invite User

Invite users

  1. Access the user overview: Settings > User Management > Users.
  2. Click + Invite User.
  3. Specify the new user's Emails, Roles, Language, Companies, and, if required, Allowed Shops, Allowed Shop Countries and Allowed Merchants.
  4. Click Invite User. An email invitation link is then sent to the invited user.
  5. The invitee must click on the invitation link and set a password within 48 hours.

With Allowed Shops/Allowed Merchants you can select in which shops/merchants the user is allowed to work (for example, different country shops).

Leaving the fields Allowed Shops, Allowed Shop Countries or Allowed Merchants empty will grant the user access to data from ALL shops, merchants, or countries.

The user can change their profile language later. All other options can be changed by an administrator. The company access can also be defined with a default value during the integration phase.

Account activation

If a user is invited to the panel, he/ she gets an e-mail with an Activation Link.

If the new user does not click on the invitation link within 7 days, the link expires. The user account is deactivated. The invitation has to be sent again.

When an account is reactivated, the link as well as the reactivation is once again valid for 7 days. If the user does not log in in this time frame, the account is deactivated again.

Account deactivated

If a user doesn't log in to the SCAYLE Panel for 90 days, the user account is deactivated.

The user is informed about this beforehand in a respective e-mail that gives him/her the chance to log in before the actual deactivation date. After deactivation. the user’s account has to be reactivated.
