Pages (SEO)

This section explains how to manage Pages for SEO purposes. Refer to the the Product Detail Page for details on how to manage individual product pages (PDP).

Overview

Page is an entity that contains SEO information (title, description) and optionally a product widget that allows the frontend of the application to render products filtered by the given query (Attribute Group or System Criteria (Sale, Premium, New)).

A page is created at the shop level. One shop can have multiple pages (e.g. Sale, Imprint, Data privacy etc.).

  • Product Display Criteria: You can add criteria to display products on a page. These criteria are based on shop categories and can be enhanced with additional filters such as color, brand, and more.
  • Page status: Set to active/ inactive per shop and country.
  • Slug: This is generated from the name. It can be edited the same as the category slug.
  • SEO text: Visible in the frontend, up to 8000 words allowed.
  • Meta description: Enter up to 170 characters for Google search.
  • Translate pages: Title, slug, and page text can all be translated according to locale.

Setting a page to inactive on a shop level will set it to inactive for all countries.
