My data replication status is Pending. What should I do next?

The Pending status means your data replication tasks are queued and waiting to be processed. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Wait for Processing: The system will automatically pick up and process the tasks. No further action is usually required on your part.
  2. Contact Support: If the status remains Pending for an unusually long time, contact the Customer Success Team for assistance.

How can I change the reviewer?

To change the reviewer, decline the current data replication and start a new one.

How long are the replications and their data stored?

Data Replications will be deleted automatically.

  • Export failed after 30 days
  • Import failed after 90 days
  • Rollback failed after 120 days
  • Succeeded after 120 days

What Permissions do I need for a Data Replication?

  1. Permission to update the data replication. (see table)
  2. Access to the target shop.
  3. Access to the target environment.

You can check or assign permissions in the SCAYLE Panel. Go to: User management > Roles > [Select Role] > Data Replication.
