Attribute Groups

Simple Attribute Groups

To apply translations to Simple Attribute Groups:

  1. Select up to 5 Attribute Groups using the dropdown menu.
  2. From the Target Language dropdown menu, select the language to translate to.
  3. Under Translations you can select whether to show All, Existing, or Non existing translations.
  4. Click Show Translations.
  5. A list of Attribute values will appear with the original and target language. Add or edit the target language translations for each Attribute Group. Changes will save automatically each time you change the text field.

You can enter missing translations step-by-step and edit the displayed list. Even though shops within SCAYLE only support one language at a time, you can manage multiple shops with the same language simultaneously. Thus, once you have saved your translations, they are automatically applied to all existing shops using the same language.

Import and Export

You can upload translations to the SCAYLE Panel from the import area. For details about importing translations, see Imports & Exports.

In general, it is possible to export translations that were edited in the SCAYLE Panel. However, this requires a specifically adapted report that the SCAYLE Panel support team can create for you. Once the report has been created, you can generate it as often as you like in the report area of the SCAYLE Panel and download it from the exports area.
