Add-on Expert Mode
The Add-on Expert Mode is available in the SCAYLE Panel sidebar, which expands to display all Tradebyte Add-on menu entries in an Expert View. This allows users to manage all relevant settings as follows:
- Configurations ( API and SFTP credentials)
- Product Feed
- Stock Feed
- Channels
- Order updates
- Order logging dashboard
Once the Marketplace Quick Setup is done, the Tradebyte Add-on it is enabled and is automatically takes care of several key setup steps in the background, so you can start working faster and with fewer manual configurations.
Automated Steps Performed by the Tradebyte Add-on
- Configures Tradebyte API and SFTP credentials in the Add-on settings per company in SCAYLE.
- Generates Product and Stock Feed configurations, including initial full feeds and scheduled delta feeds.
- Auto-maps product attributes from SCAYLE to required Tradebyte article properties.
- Configures pricing, automatically mapping SCAYLE Shop Countries to the appropriate Tradebyte channel list price keys.
- Auto-maps SCAYLE warehouses to Tradebyte warehouses (incl. Z-Direct mappings for Zalando).
- Creates SCAYLE Channel Configurations, activates them and assigns each channel to the correct corresponding SCAYLE shop country (1:1 mapping).
- Subscribes to SCAYLE Webhooks for order and product update events and sets up automated forwarding to Tradebyte.
