order-package-undeliverable

A order-package-undeliverable event is triggered when a package is deemed undeliverable to the end customer. This event indicates that a delivery attempt has failed and the package will not reach its intended recipient. Common reasons include an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or issues with the courier.

Typically, the carrier informs the merchant of the failed delivery, and the merchant then notifies SCAYLE about the undeliverable package.
