Merchant Warehouses

Use this page to connect warehouses to merchants in SCAYLE Panel.

For the full rollout sequence, see Merchant Allocation.

Warehouse management

To add a warehouse to a merchant:

1. Go to Settings ➜ Merchant Management ➜ Merchants.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. From the Add warehouse dropdown, select the required warehouse.

Alternatively, create a new warehouse:

1. Go to Settings ➜ Merchant Management ➜ Merchants.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Enter a Warehouse key.
4. Click CREATE NEW.

A detailed warehouse mapping on shop-country level is configured under Warehouses.

Create warehouse

1. Go to Settings ➜ Merchant Management ➜ Merchants.
2. Select the default merchant and click Edit.
3. Scroll to Warehouses and click Create new.

Assign warehouses to shop countries

1. Go to Shops ➜ [Shop] ➜ Shop Country ➜ Storefront ➜ Warehouses.
2. Select the warehouses to assign from the dropdown and save.

Stock

Stocks represent the number of available items on variant level. One variant can hold separate stock information for multiple warehouses.
