The Tradebyte Add-on also automates the complete configuration required for Stock Feed generation, ensuring accurate and timely availability updates across all connected marketplaces.
Automatic Warehouse Mapping
All SCAYLE warehouses linked to the newly created shop countries for the marketplace are automatically mapped to a single Tradebyte warehouse called standard.
The Tradebyte warehouse key standard is created and assigned automatically by the Add-on.
Note: You can at any time change the default mapping in the Expert Mode → Stock Feed → Warehouse Configuration
Additional Warehouse Configuration for Zalando
If the marketplace is Zalando, an additional warehouse mapping is required for Zalando’s Z-Direct setup.
The Add-on automatically maps SCAYLE warehouse keys to the corresponding Zalando Z-Direct warehouse keys, ensuring full compliance without manual input.
Stock Feed Format and Delivery
The Stock Feed is generated in XML format and sent via the Tradebyte API, using the connection established during the Marketplace Quick Setup.
Default Stock Feed Schedule
- Full Stock Feed, daily at 00:00 - midnight
- Delta Stock Feed, every 10 minutes

Stock Allocation Rules in TB.One
Tenants must configure stock allocation within TB.One.
This includes:
- Defining what percentage of available stock from the standard warehouse (the warehouse SCAYLE updates) should be allocated to each marketplace channel.
- Setting up stock allocation rules per channel to control how inventory is distributed.
