Order Status Updates

The Tradebyte Add-on automatically subscribes to and activates the required SCAYLE Webhooks to receive order-related events. These updates are then transformed and forwarded to the TB.One platform, which passes them on to the marketplace.

Order Update Events Covered
The Add-on listens for all relevant order updates, including:

Order confirmation
Shipment updates
Order item unshippable
Returns
Order cancellation
Order item cancellation
Order item returns
Order item out of stock

These updates flow from SCAYLE Panel → Tradebyte → Marketplace → Customer.

Data Transformation
SCAYLE Webhooks deliver data in JSON format. The Add-on automatically converts this data into XML and sends it to TB.One, where it is forwarded to the marketplace via the Tradebyte API.

Users can enable or disable individual order update types at any time:
SCAYLE Panel → Marketplace → Tradebyte Expert Mode → Order Updates
